Hotel Luna Lughente

Great value for the rate, the room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs (no frills). Request hotel front facing room for wonderful views. Breakfast buffet (included) was delicious, with several choices for all types of breakfast lovers, and was topped off by the availability of glasses of prosecco Service was very good and servers friendly and helpful. Loved the views from the breakfast areas. Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located near all the best beaches in the area. Mama Beach bar is a most, do not miss it!

The staff is what makes this hotel amazing, we had a great stay with such an amazing view while enjoying the beautiful pool with a view that makes you like your in a beautiful landscape painting. The hotel restaurant had such Ana amazing dinner experience we decided to eat their twice, something I have never done at a Hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is also friendly and really cares about the hotel guest. I would definitely return the next time we are in Olibia.

We were looking forward for this stay. They have a great service until they take your money! After we booked the hotel we had a motor accident and we tried to contact them many many times by phone, e mail, via booking every channel you could think of! We tried to cancel or change the dates of our reservation told them that after our recovery we would like to come back.. We provided all the doctor reports and everything..Although we had no energy to deal with all these they kept us busy for weeks saying that they will get back to us which they never did. They just kept us busy for laying on our money. Since it was an accident it was not planned and we were willing the guest relation officers to be kind and helpful but unfortunately they were not even close!!!

This was surprisingly not a pleasant stay at all. I do not understand why guest rated the hotel so high. The location of the hotel is very remote, car is needed, not even a walk to any restaurant is possible. Most of the rooms are facing the industry bay of Olbia. The service. We were missing some things in the room when we arrived, had to talk to reception several times and waited for hours to get the missing things. The ac in the rooms are not working properly and are not maintained. Our room has 24,7 Celsius during the day and 23,8 Celsius by night. This was reported to management and a technician looked at it but was not able to solve the issue. Totally unacceptable. We tried the lunch once, dry panini was the only offer, service charge on top of it was a real joke. Overall I would not recommend this place. It’s looks very old, unfortunately not maintained, The service is one of the worse I have seen in this region even for a 3- star and this is 4-star.
